April is when the Nepal/China 8000 m list lights up in this catalog — Everest, Lhotse, Makalu, Cho Oyu — alongside Annapurna, Manaslu, and other Nepal objectives in their pre-monsoon window.
USA coverage jumps as desert and lower peaks enter spring. Kinabalu, Irish hills, and Cotopaxi also remain. Southern Hemisphere high Andes are mostly out except a couple of New Zealand volcanoes.
